I had a quick look Glenn and it's seems to be more focused on shared workspaces, mentoring and short courses.
What we need is more along the lines of grants to help assist in getting pilot project up and running.
Any body out there have a handle of government / private foundation grants or sponsorship of start-ups? Particularly with an environment slant.
